 Refund Policy

1. Returns

• Appointments – Refunds are not available.

  • Unused appointments may be rescheduled if canceled at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made within 60 minutes of the appointment will incur a $10 rebooking fee.

  • No-call / no-show appointments are forfeited.

• Recurring Plans – Refunds are not available for recurring memberships or plans. You may cancel at any time, but cancellations must occur before your next scheduled payment to avoid additional charges. You may log into your account and cancel your membership at anytime.

• Passes – Unused Game Day or Week Passes may be exchanged only if no sessions have been redeemed.

• Products Purchased Online – Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email us at hello@acceler8ar.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.

2. Return Shipping

Shipping instructions will be provided once your return request has been authorized. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Perishable items

• Special-order or custom products

• Memberships, plans, or recurring subscriptions

• Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements, at our sole discretion.

4. Condition of Items

Returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Exceptions apply only if the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Refunds

• Refunds (when applicable) will be issued in the original form of payment, minus shipping and handling fees.

• If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit at our discretion.

• Recurring plans are strictly non-refundable.

6. Membership Terms

• Memberships may be canceled at any time.

• Membership charges will not be refunded unless request for cancellation was made before charges. Request can be made my email or phone. You may log into your account and cancel your membership at anytime.

• Special promotional or discounted membership rates will not be reinstated if you cancel and later re-enroll.
