Refund Policy A legal disclaimer Refund Policy Effective Date: July 29, 2024 1. Returns Appointments – Refunds are not available. Unused appointments may be rescheduled if canceled at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 60 minutes of the appointment will incur a $10 rebooking fee. No-call / no-show appointments are forfeited. Recurring Plans – Refunds are not available for recurring memberships or plans. You may cancel at any time, but cancellations must occur before your next scheduled payment to avoid additional charges. You may log into your account and cancel your membership at anytime. Passes – Unused Game Day or Week Passes may be exchanged only if no sessions have been redeemed. Products Purchased Online – Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
